Graduating From College with Little, If Any, Debt

Listen up, girls.

This is how to graduate from college with little, if any, debt:

1. Take community college dual-enrollment classes while in high school to earn college credit (at community colleges throughout the country, high school students are graduating from college before they graduate from high school)

2. Apply for financial aid and scholarships to attend college

3. Avoid loans whenever possible

4. Attend community college for the first two years of college, earn your associate degree and transfer your credits to a four-year college

5. Work at least a part-time job while attending college

6. Attend an in-state four-year college to earn a bachelor’s degree and avoid paying out-of-state tuition rates

7. Live at home while attending college to save on room and board costs

8. Graduate from the four-year college and get a full-time job that will fund your additional degrees and/or pay off any college loans you may have

What makes me qualified to give this advice? I have worked at four community colleges and two universities. I earned three degrees and graduated three times with no debt.
